A common misrepresentation is that all Asbestos when located has to be removed. All our surveys are carried out following the guidelines set out in MDHS 100, where a simple calculation is used to arrive at the action you need to take. Asbestos removal will always be the worst-case scenario, and because we are not affiliated to any removal companies, we will only recommend removal if there is no other solution. One of these solutions is encapsulation, where we can effectively contain the asbestos using a coating specifically formulated to seal loose fibres and stabilise dirty and dusty surfaces.
Once the property has been surveyed you will receive your report, whether in a bound hard copy, disc or pdf format (or all if required) within 5 working days.
